Join us on an unforgettable visit to Ban's homestead, one of the oldest homesteads in the village of Artiče. The homestay will be open for visitors from July to September 2023. Come every Friday between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and every Saturday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Guided tours of the homestead and museum collection of Posavje - Orchard Paradise will be held for visitors at all times, you can try your hand at identifying the wood of fruit tree species, and short Orchard tours will be prepared for the youngest. A visit to the homestead is a unique opportunity to get closer to the past and discover the beauty of nature.
Brežice Castle - a Renaissance castle with a rich baroque interior
We invite you to visit the Renaissance Brežice Castle, which is open to visitors every day of the week. Visit us between Monday and Saturday between 10:00 and 20:00, and on Sundays and holidays between 14:00 and 20:00. Brežice Castle will enchant you with its rich history and picturesque architecture. While visiting the castle, you can see various exhibitions, discover the pulse of the past and take a walk through the castle park. Travel through time in one of the most beautiful castles in the region.
The Brežice Water Tower with pavilion - a climb to the view and refreshment in the center of the city
You are invited to visit The Brežice Water Tower with a pavilion located in the center of the city. The tower is open to visitors from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. During your visit, you can see an exhibition about the history of the city's water supply system and enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape from the terrace of the tower. After the tour, you can refresh yourself and rest in the pleasant surroundings of the new café in the pavilion.
