Brežice will be the ninth stop of this year's WTT women's tennis series in Slovenia. This project also involves Slovenske železnice (Slovenian Railways). The tournament, named Brežice Open 2024, will be held at the TK Brežice courts from July 22nd to July 28th, with a prize pool of 15,000 US dollars.
The tournaments are scheduled along the routes of Slovenske železnice, with the tennis train arriving in Brežice from Krško. Slovenske železnice is providing free train transportation to all competitors – unlimited – for all WTT tournaments.
