Nestled in unspoiled nature and surrounded by forest lies the Omerzu farm, whose roots date back to 1996. That year, the family proudly took over an abandoned homestead, which they then lovingly restored. Two years later, their land was enriched with the first walnut grove, which has since been expanded along with the planting of lavender. The farm avoids the use of harmful substances, prioritizing the health of people, animals, and the protection of nature. Since 2015, they have been involved in organic production and processing certification.
